The Doors Experience is one of the most authentic tribute shows Australia has ever seen. This show will transport the hardest of critics back to the whisky in 1968. Singer Andy Sutton is the ultimate Jim.

Morrison as he struts his stuff with reckless abandonment. Vocally he has Morrison's voice down to a tee with a close your eyes and its Jim affect.

Playing the part of Robbie Krueger Adam Watts (Rattle and Hum/Australian Made) recreates those classic Doors solo's note for note. Our very own Ray Manzarek is played by Sean Phegan (Rattle and Hum/One Hit Wonders) you will lose yourself in those classic organ solo that are so authentic.

And driving this Ship from the rear is Vinnie bondin on drums pumping out those classic bosanova beat keeping it all together from first song to last. All this with the ambience of a classic Doors light show and stage props makes this a show not to be missed.

Sunday evening before Race Day, Calcutta is a great night of exciting horse raffles & auction.
The afternoon will include a bookkeeper, auctioneer and MC, each bringing their expertise to make an exciting pre-race event!

• Tickets $5

• Raffle on sale from 4.30pm Sunday 2nd November 2025

• Drawn 6.30pm Sunday 1st November 2026

• Prize pool will be distributed as follows:
  60% to winner
  25% to second
  10% to third
  5% to last

Rules and Conditions of Entry

• The draw will take place at 6.30pm on Sunday 1st of November 2026 at Club Forster

• Tickets entitle the purchaser to participate in the draw for a horse in Melbourne Cup

• Everybody is welcome to participate in the auction

• A ticket will be drawn and matched with a horse in the race as per the order on the white board, until all horses in Melbourne Cup are drawn

• At the conclusion of the draw all horses will be auctioned and all persons present will have the opportunity to bid for a horse

• Successful bidders of horses must pay for their horses at the conclusion of the auction. NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.

• 50% of the auction price will go to the people who draw the horse and the other 50% goes into the prize pool. (A person who drew a horse and has also made the highest bid for that horse is only required to pay 50% of the bid amount)

• No refunds will be given on scratchings

• Winners will be decide by official placings as declared by the TAB. In the case of a dead heat, prize money will be shared.

• The prize pool consists of the proceeds from tickets sales + 50% of the auctioned amount of each runner

• Winners of the Calcutta will be notified after the running of the Melbourne Cup race on Tuesday 4th November 2025
