Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Forster Tuncurry Memorial Services Club Ltd will be held on club premises at Club Forster at 5.30pm on Monday 27 October 2025.
All Members are invited to attend.
Doors will open at 4.45pm and no admittance will be permitted after the commencement of the meeting.
Food, refreshments & first-class entertainment will follow the meeting.
PLEASE NOTE: Current membership cards must be shown to gain admittance.

Our Board plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our clubs. Our clubs need enthusiastic people of all ages and backgrounds to serve our clubs and communities as Directors.
But you need to be informed of the important roles and legal responsibilities of being a Club Director, as well as the rewards and professional development opportunities.

NOMINATIONS FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2022/2024
Nominations for the Board of Directors of Forster Tuncurry Memorial Services Club Ltd. for the term 2022/2024 will open on Monday 18th July, 2022 and will close at 5pm on Tuesday 30th August, 2022.
Nominations must be on the prescribed form available from Administration or Duty Manager of Club Forster and Sporties Tuncurry and must be signed by the Nominee, Proposer and Seconder, all of whom must be Financial Members of the Forster Tuncurry Memorial Services Club Ltd. and must be lodged with the General Manager no later than 5pm on Tuesday 30th August, 2022.
Nominations are invited for the following positions: PRESIDENT, VICE PRESIDENTS (two), DIRECTORS (Six)

Nominations for Honorary Life Members
Nominations for Honorary Life Members are now invited.
To be eligible for Honorary Life Membership, a member must be nominated by an Ordinary member or Honorary Life Member and seconded by another.
The nomination shall then be forwarded to the Board of the Club for consideration and approval.
If such nomination is approved by the Board the nomination shall be referred to the next general meeting of the Club and if such nomination is approved at such general meeting with seventy five percent majority in favour, the person nominated shall be made an Honorary Life Member in any one financial year of the Club consistent with Clause 13 of the Clubs constitution.
Nominations must be lodged with the General Manager no later than Friday 27 June, 2025.
RECEIVING A COPY OF THE 2025 ANNUAL REPORT, 2025 NOTICE OF AGM AND 2024 MEETING MINUTES
In accordance with the Corporations Act and for Companies Limited by Guarantee, the Company is no longer required to send a copy of the Annual Financial Report to every member, only those who elect to receive a copy either in hard or digital format (via email or SMS).
Any member electing to receive a copy of the Annual Financial Report must do so in writing, requesting a hard or digital copy from the Chief Executive Officer by Friday 19th September 2025, supplying their email address or mobile number, if a digital copy is requested. The election by a member to receive a copy of the Annual Financial Report will be a standing election for future financial years.
