Club Forster is on the lookout for motivated Coffee Shop Attendants on both a full-time and permanent part-time basis to join our vibrant team.

About the Role:
As a Coffee Shop Attendant, you will work across both our coffee shop outlets within Club Forster, delivering consistent, high-quality service to members and guests. You will prepare beverages and light snacks, maintain clean and organised service areas, and contribute to a friendly and professional team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café-style food items

·         Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive attitude

·         Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately

·         Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all coffee shop areas

·         Assist with stock rotation and inventory control

·         Adapt to different coffee shop environments and team setups

·         Work effectively within a team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You:

·         Previous experience in a café, barista, or customer service role (preferred but not essential)

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·         A commitment to delivering excellent service

·         Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, public holidays and split shifts

·         Valid RSA or willingness to obtain one
