Lead our café team and help create exceptional experiences for our members and guests.

Club Forster is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our busy coffee shop. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy developing and supporting a team, we'd love to hear from you.

As Coffee Shop Supervisor working directly under our Head Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring our café operates efficiently and maintains the high standards our members and visitors have come to expect.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop.

  • Supervising, motivating, and supporting a friendly and professional café team.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light meals.

  • Assisting with staff training, coaching, and performance development.

  • Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and workplace health and safety standards are consistently met.

  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

  • A confident barista with a passion for producing consistently great coffee.

  • A positive and approachable leader who enjoys mentoring and supporting others.

  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Well organised and able to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods.

  • Flexible to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous café or hospitality experience.

  • Strong barista skills.

  • Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (or willingness to obtain if required).

  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
